From left: Jackson; his wife, Jane (Baker) Gilliland; in unknown order, his sons Oscar, Samuel, and Cranston. The young boy is believed to be Samuel's eldest son, Herbert Henry, who was born in 1888.

Jackson Gilliland (1829-1910) was a son of Samuel and Sarah (Krouskop) Gilliland.
